Bringing our travelers home!
The corona crisis brought big challenges to the travel industry and our crisis management was tested in depth; we passed with excellence!
When borders were closed in March, we had many travelers stuck in different parts of the continent. Aside from being in contact with our guests on site, we were also in constant contact with airlines, governments and embassies in order to keep our travelers safe and to organize flights back home.
Thanks to the tireless efforts of our employees in our destinations and partners on site, we managed to keep everyone safe and could organize repatriations flights. In case of our travel group in Peru from our client Papaya Tours, we even organized a private kitchen team that was taking care of our group as the hotel restaurant was closed and curfew in place.
