Responsibilities:

  • Booking trips
  • Invoicing
  • Contact with local service providers
  • Elaboration of tailor-made offers for individual travel (product planning, calculation, offer preparation)
  • Creative thinking in product development and performance improvement
  • Customer service during the trip

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in tourism, preferably with a tour operator
  • Extensive travel experience and good knowledge of destinations in Argentina
  • Enjoy working out individual and complex journeys
  • Self-responsible and self-organized work
  • Ability to work in a team, service orientation and problem-solving competence
  • Load capacity, accuracy and assertiveness
  • Good MS-Office and Excel knowledge
  • Very good knowledge of German and Spanish
